During that summer while on his way to Nursing School, KTSM TV came calling. Since David had worked at KROD radio between school semesters, the move to a full-time radio job seemed logical.   Read more about Dave

A Mexican national living in El Paso, is waking up in the El Paso Jail

--That Federal Investigation into the Jurado Human Smuggling Organization has nailed another human smuggler. Rosa Isela Escajeda, a 46-year-old Mexican national living in El Paso, is waking up in the El Paso Jail this morning. She was busted at home and is looking at doing up to ten years for conspiracy to commit alien smuggling. It looks like  Escajeda teamed up with Border Patrol Agent Jesus Miguel Huizar, who was already picked up to smuggle more than 100 illegal aliens into the U.S. Escajeda apparently hid the undocumented  immigrants inside her home on Ronquillo street. Prosecutors proved Huizar could make a run for it, if they cut him lose, so he’ll stay in jail until his trial without bond. Two Mexican nationals, Emeterio Sigala-Favela and Luis Carlos Chacon-Rubio, would do the recruiting and Huizar would let illegal immigrants pass through border patrol checkpoints.
