Kevin Martinez can cook! Anybody can cook a burger until it's shoe letter, but Kevin Martinez lights the fire under the burger just right. Kevin is a cook at the Fuddrucker's over on the 10 next to Yarbrough. He took the time to ask just how rare I wanted it, and that's the way he made it. He knows about the health rules and stays within them as he cooks up the best burger I've had in El Pas in a while. Now, this is not about the restaurant, and they didn't give me the burger or anything, this is really about Kevin, a guy who can really cook a burger, and cares enough to do his best for anyone who walks into his kitchen. That's what he's one of "Dave's faves!"
