Feds use porn case to break corruption details

This morning Prosecutors are laying out their child pornography case against Fernando Parra who’s also involved in that FBI public corruption investigation. This morning it looks like they’ll use the porn charge to pressure him into cooperating in the corruption case. Parra, was a technology coordinator for the El Paso Independent School District,but he was busted last month on three counts of child pornography. This morning the El Paso times says Peter Henning, a Wayne State University Law professor who specializes in public corruption cases, says government officials will use any information against Parra to get him to help them.  Parra is staring at five to 35 years in prison on the child porn.
