Funeral services for former Mayor Ramirez will happen next Monday.

Several people have wante to know that Funeral services for former El Paso Mayor Carlos Ramirez will happen next Monday. The Mass will be at 12:30 Monday afternoon. at St. Pius on Clark. Congressman Silvestre Reyes will speak, the burial, with full military honors, will follow at 2 in the afternoon. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.  Ramirez died of heart failure in Zaragoza, Spain, where he had been treated for a degenerative brain disease.
