The mother of a newborn boy is waking up in jail.

This morning the mother of a newborn boy, whose body was found in a bath tub by El Paso police back in December at her East El Paso home, is wakijng up in jail.

20-year old Briana Sterner is string at spending the rest of her life in prison for capital murder.

She turned herself in and was booked into El Paso County

The baby’s death is a homicide.

Sterner needs a quarter million dollars for bond.
