Get ready your new property valuation will go out tomorrow. They’ve been on the rise in the past  few years and that a lot of us worried this morning. The Central Appraisal District tells us they’ll be up, but not much, in fact no where near the sharp increases we've seen in recent years. The market value of the average home has gone upbut just more than 0ne-percent. New homes up 2 percent. In the past its gone up almost 10-percent.A new home in El Paso now cost about $125,000.
