East Side city Rep. Rachel Quintana is still in trouble

East Side city Rep. Rachel Quintana is still in trouble and in fact her County Court-at-Law forgery hearing is today. The 29 year old Quintana was busted for forgery when she bought a Southwest Airlines ticket in October. This morning she’s accused of signing the Federal Express herself. It was a letter that said she really worked at Fed-Ex and qualifies for airfare discount. But in fact she was not an employee at FedEx. Now she’s looking at doing a year in jail and paying a 4-thousand dollar fine if she’s convicted of the Class A misdemeanor. Not to mention she’d lose her seat on the City Council.
