Benjamin Romero had actually left the house the SWAT Team surrounded on Valle del Mar.  It all started when he got into a fight with his 19-year-old son and actually pulled a knife on him.

Sleepy residents were evacuated when the SWAT team surrounded the home. They were worried about two guns inside the home. So, Benjamin is not just looking at a Parole Violation, he’s got to worry about aggravated assault and family violence charges now too.
