It was a wild ride for the kids, and their Las Cruces dad now faces
serious time for child abuse. James Naylor, who's 36, lost control of
his GMC Jimmy. He slid it down a hill, over a small fence, through
some bushes and into a home there on Rocky Acres Trail in Las Cruces.
They found him to be DWI and jailed him. The kids are okay, just a
little shaken. The counts are stacking up on Naylor, two on child
abuse, one one aggravated DUI. No word on how much damage he did to
the home, either.
