A federal grad jury put a jailer on the other side of jail bars. 38-year-old Luis Armando Rodriguez, is looking at two counts of illegally manufacturing firearms, possessing unregistered firearms and lying to get firearms. The jailer is now in jail this morning, and I don’t mean at work. Rodriguez basically would make sawed off shot guns and not register them, because they’re illegal. Rodriguez would also lie about his address on the paperwork when he bought five rifles from a licensed gun dealer. Rodriguez could get up to ten years in federal prison on each of the illegal manufacturing and possession of unregistered firearms charges. And five more for the lying.
