More information on the huge Federal public corruption won’t be coming soon. U.S. District Judge Frank Montalvo said “NO” he will not unseal documents in the case.
But this morning the El Paso Times reports, by saying what he did say, he revealed the size of the 4 year old case. It took him 35-pages to say more than 80 people are “persons of interest" including 35 past or current public officials, 13 lawyers and three current or former judges. They’ve also recorded 25 months of wiretaps of thousands of conversations and text messages.
