Child killer David Reteria, is back on death row, the 9th El Pasoan waiting to die.

He traded his dark suit for a prison suit to hear his condemnation both by the judge and Alexandra Flores’ family who say they want to be there when he’s put to death. 5-year old Alexandra Flores was murdered in 2001. The little girl was kidnapped from a Lower Valley Wal-Mart . Her burned body was found near Downtown . Two appeals are still pending.
