 A killer lives or dies.
A killer lives or dies.

--It’s been an emotional re-sentencing trial, scratching open old wounds and brining back horrific memories. Starting this morning the jury will decide, Again, if 38-year-old David Renteria  lives or dies. Renteria was already convicted in the brutal murder of 5-year-old Alexandra Flores back in 2003, and sentenced to die for it. More than 100 people packed into the courtroom to hear the DA’s last words in the re-sentencing granted by a federal judge. Both the Flores and Renteria families were there and in fact Flores' mom was seated just a few seats away from Renteria's. Who’s attorney questions the prosecution tactics.By the end of the session, Renteria's mother and even a member of the jury broke down in tears.
