Proof: It's too small a small s world and this story is too weird

It sounds too weird to be true, but a woman visiting El Paso recognized a teen missing from her own home town, panhandling on an El Paso street. The missing 15-year old girl from Florida was picked up by police with her 22 year old boyfriend. Morgan Amanda Leppert was missing from Putnam County, Florida. She made a run for it with Toby Lee Lowry, who is a "person of interest" in a murder case back in Florida. Sheriffs' want to talk with him about the murder of 66-year old James Thomas Stewart.  El paso police found Leppert and Lowry on a corner in east El Paso after they got a call from a woman visiting El Paso who recognized Leppert.
